WOW! This place has THE BEST customer service it's unbelievable! Especially in the mornings .
I'm not comparing it to just other A&W's , I'm talking best service ive ever had period.
I work very close by and will time to time come get their breakfast.
You are greeted hello and given a smile by EVERY single employee on your way in .
And told to have a nice day by everyone again on your wait out .
Everyone their seems so happy with their job, it's an awesome way to start your day !
I will say they are extremely busy in the mornings, even then they do a great job at getting your food to you in a timely manner , and honestly I have no problem waiting in a place that is so friendly and welcoming!
My hats off to the managers / owners who have put together such a wonderful team -

Came here for the free root beer. Well service was standard. only issue was the root beer was not cold enough but that was probably because they were pouring root beer like crazy. It was warm and it wasn't filled to the top. But oh well. No biggy. If needed I could get a free refill. Also that day was free rootbeer day when I showed up. I had the A&W beer open the door for me. Inside was busy but not crazy busy.

Well A&W is A&W, their food tastes the same regardless of location. But sometimes you get less carbonation in your root beer, and occasionally your onion rings might have spent too much time in the deep fryer. Where this particular location shines is, like many before me have already commented on, their service. I think they might be trying a little bit too hard but i guess that's why they stand out from the rest of the chain.

As someone who has eaten a lot of fast food in their younger years, this establishment has astounded me and exceeded my expectations of "fast food".
Upon entry we were greeted, not very important but very nice to be greeted in general (in my opinion).
We decided to sit down and not have takeout. Best decision ever! We were given a number and they served the food to us after 10 minutes. The fries weren't fresh and upon asking for fresh ones they had no quarrels with our request.
We ordered the chubby chicken in a head of lettuce and while the sauce was excessive, it was absolutely delicious. And for dessert was an apple pie sprinkled in cinnamon. Sometimes you just need to live a little and not worry about your diet.
After asking us if we needed any sauces or refills I was amazed that they brought out a refreshment tray. Amazing customer service. Will come again for sure if I'm in the area. -

The best fast food service ever ! They bring the food to you, which totally blew my mind. Usually when I go to a fast food joint I go through the drive through, but not here. The place is nice and clean (and doesn't smell weird like a lot of McDonald's around here). The extra touches they have definitely makes dining in more enjoyable. They serve the fries in these super cute metal holders! If you haven't eaten in at a fast food place in a while I definitely recommend this location as it will change your view of what fast food service is.
